- Check in time: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.(unless other arrangements made in advance with Hosts);
- Check out time: 11:00 a.m.;
- Lodging tax and resort tax not included in room rate;
- Children are welcome, but must not be left unattended.
No childcare is available;
- No smoking is allowed in the Bed and Breakfast;
- We cannot accommodate guest pets;
- Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and
checks accepted;
- Deposit in an amount equal to the rate for one night's lodging is required to guarantee a reservation;
- Cancellation policy: For spring and summer, deposit
not refundable unless cancellation for stay is received 30 days prior
to check-in time on arrival date. For fall and winter, deposit not
refundable unless cancellation for stay is received 7 days prior to
check-in time on arrival date.
- Rates are subject to change without notice;
- Minimum stay requirements: a two night minimum stay
with a Saturday night stay-over is required on certain special event
and holiday weekends;
- Special occasions: We accommodate weddings,
anniversaries, birthday celebrations and other special occasions. The
entire house may be reserved for special occasions and can accommodate
up to nine persons. Inquire about our rates for special occasions.
